Branch Closures

The Board of Directors of Jefferson Financial Federal Credit Union has decided that it is in the best long-term interest of the credit union to permanently close our Lake Charles, LA and Selma, AL Branches. The last day of operation for the Lake Charles Branch is June 10, 2021 at 12PM. The last day of operation for the Selma Branch is July 2, 2021 at 2PM. Both facilities were brought into inventory through a merger and a purchase respectively. After years of observation, expansion in those areas was deemed remote. 

Jefferson Financial FCU truly appreciates all of our members in the Lake Charles, LA and Selma, AL locations. Despite the closures of these branches, the Lake Charles and Selma areas will continue to remain in Jefferson Financial FCU's field of membership even after July 2, 2021. Please speak with a Representative from the Branch to see if your Account will be affected. Your JFFCU Membership allows you 24/7 access to your Account(s) through Online Banking, our Mobile App (with a valid email address on file) as well as through our 24-hour Automated Teller (800.259.2471 | Option 1).
