VISA Credit Cards
We are transitioning to a new credit card provider effective February 22, 2026. This would put JFFCU members on the same platform as Keesler Federal.
- New credit cards will arrive by mail in mid-February 2026.
- Existing JFFCU cards will remain active until February 21, 2026.
- Activate your new card on February 22, 2026.
- Maintenance Period: Following the transition to Keesler Federal, there will be a maintenance period during which online access to view your credit card information will be temporarily down for about a week. During this period, you can call 1-888-533-7537 for assistance or any questions concerning your account.
What You Need to Do:
- Update any recurring payments with your new Keesler Federal card information.
- Safely dispose of your old card once the new one is activated.
How do I make a payment to my Jefferson Financial FCU Credit Card during the maintenance period from 2/23/2026 to 3/2/2026? During the maintenance period, payments can be made to your Credit Card by calling 1-866-576-1290, using your debit card or routing and account number.
