Monitoring your Account(s) for fraudulent transactions is one of the best things you can do to protect yourself. That's why we are proud to provide the downloadable MyCardRules™ app to our members.
Take full control of your cards with the MyCardRules™ App! Follow these steps to get started:
Search "MyCardRules" in the App Store or Google Play Store and install - you can also click one of the buttons below. After you have downloaded the app, select "New User" and then enter your card information to begin the registration and log in process.
Once your account is created, you can log in and access the "Card Details" screen... from this screen, you can:
- Turn your card on / off
- Get instant alerts on certain types of transactions, like when a transaction is declined
- Set transaction spending limits based on preferences, including dollar amount, transaction and merchant type
- Set a specific region where the card can be used or restrict usage based on your mobile device's location
Alerts will show just like any other notifications you get on your mobile device.

Making payments with Apple Pay is easy. The entire transaction is secure, as your credit and debit card numbers aren't stored on the device or on Apple's server, so they're never shared with the merchant.

- Open Apple Wallet
- Tap the plus sign
- Enter the card information

Making payments with Samsung / Google Pay is easy. The entire transaction is secure, as Samsung / Google Pay does not store or share any of your payment information. And, if your phone is ever lost or stolen, you can remotely lock or erase your Samsung / Google Pay Account.
To add your Jefferson Financial Credit or Debit Card:
- Launch Samsung / Google Pay App from your home screen.
- Scan your Visa Card and secure your account with your fingerprint or PIN, and the provided authorization code.
- Verify your fingerprint and hold your phone near the reader. A soft Vibration lets you know you paid
