ANNUAL MEETING NOTICE:
Each year the Board of Directors appoints a nominating committee to nominate members to serve on the Board. Three (3) board seats are open for a three-year term, and the Nominating Committee has nominated three (3) current Board Members to fill the vacant seats; nominations are now closed. Brief biographies for those nominated can be viewed by clicking the view bios button below.
There were no nominations by petition received; therefore, the presiding officer at the Annual Meeting will request a vote by acclamation for the directors who have been nominated by the Nominating Committee.
