eStatement Users: Download Copies of Past Statements

It is very important that you login to the Coastland Online Banking between now and June 29, 2018 to download any copies of your archived statements as well as any other tax documents you may need for reference. You will not have access to these documents after June 29th.

Joint Owners - "Joint on One, Joint on All"

Please note that it is JFFCU’s policy that a joint owner on any account will be listed as joint owner on all shares under the member number. For example, a joint owner on a savings share will be considered a joint owner on the checking share under the same member number. This change will become effective July 2, 2018. Please contact us if you need to remove or add a joint owner to your account. Continuing to maintain an account constitutes your acceptance to this change.


Debit Cards

A new Debit Card will be issued on your account. Please continue to use your current Coastland FCU Debit Card until July 2, 2018. You can begin using the JFFCU Debit Card on July 2, 2018.


Online & Mobile Banking

On July 2, 2018, you will need to begin using the Jefferson Financial Online and Mobile Banking systems.

All scheduled Bill Pay transaction should continue as normal; however, we do suggest that you monitor your Bill Pay closely to ensure that everything is posting as you expect.

Christmas/Vacation Club Accounts

Effective July 2, 2018, the following improvements will be applied to your Christmas/Vacation Club account:

  • We will no longer charge an early withdrawal penalty on club accounts
  • We will no longer automatically transfer the funds out of club accounts on a set date

What does this mean for you?  You will no longer have to pay a fee to make a withdrawal, qualifying accounts will continue to earn dividends and you will get to decide when you withdraw money from your club account. 



Bill Pay - External Transfers

You will continue to have access to your Bill Pay service. There are a few minor changes, one of which is how you will do a transfer to or from a different financial institution.  This feature is built directly into the Jefferson Financial Online and Mobile banking platform.  Click Here o learn more about setting up and External Transfer Account.
